These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dynamic Farriers website and your engagement with our farrier services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Services
Dynamic Farriers provides professional farrier services including hoof trimming, horseshoeing, and corrective and therapeutic hoof care. All services are performed by appointment. Dynamic Farriers reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at its discretion.
Appointments and Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings. Please have your horse caught, haltered, and ready at the scheduled appointment time.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your horse is safe to handle and that the work area is clean, dry, level, and free from hazards. Dynamic Farriers reserves the right to refuse service or stop work at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe for the horse, the handler, or the farrier.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Dynamic Farriers accepts cash and common digital payment methods. Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to a service fee.
Limitation of Liability
Dynamic Farriers is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of use of a horse that arises from conditions unrelated to the farrier services provided. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered at the appointment in question.
Affiliate Disclosure
Dynamic Farriers participates in an affiliate program with Platinum Performance. We may earn a commission on purchases made through links on our website. This does not affect the price you pay and does not influence our service recommendations.
Changes to These Terms
Dynamic Farriers reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
